ok. I have been using ports 6881-6889(port forwarded), and bittorrent. A few weeks ago when I first started, after a few hours of port forwarded downloading, my router just stopped working, and all connections were lsot. I called linksys, and they had me do several things, I am not really sure, but it fixed my problem, I have since then been able to use Azurus with port forwarding freely without having my internet/router die. All of a sudden, today, It after about 3 weeks of no problems, my internet/router died. I unplugged my cabel modem, and my linksys wired router. I waited about 30 seconds and plugged them back in. my internet works fine now, but I have not tried port forwarding again for fear of having my internet die again.

Can someone please shed some light on why all of a sudden, my internet died, and how I can prevent it from happening in the future.

    Thanks
    Zero

Make sure you have the latest firmware and updates from Linksys.
