Process wont terminate

Something called System Idle Process is running on my PC and using 80 percent of the CPU. The process wont't terminate.

 

It's showing how much of the CPU is idle, not what it is using. You cannot terminate it.

If you want it to go to zero, run SETI@Home .

 

I hadn't seen this before. I was just running Folding@Home.

 

Every computer who use windows XP have this process it should run at 99
when your computer do nothing......
