When I tried to open my Driver tool program today, I got this message.

    Program Files (x86)\Driver Tool\Driver Tool\DriverTool.exe is not a valid Win32 application

    What does it mean?

It means that your operating system needs a 32-bit version of the application to run it correctly. If you had the correct version for your computer initially, it may have, for some reason, become corrupted. Use Revo Uninstaller to completely remove Driver Tool, re-download and re-install it and see if it helps.
