program inventory

    Does anyone know of a way to veiw all the programs that i have downloaded that are not listed in the Programs or Add/Rrmove splash screen, that is an
    inventory?
    Thanks for any help

    Welcome to Major Geeks. I think you are going to have to print out 2 listings and compare them.

    Listing 1 will be a list of all the programs you have installed, probably in C:\Program Files (if you use the default installation folder).

    Listing 2 will be a list of all the programs that are in your Add/Remove list.

    You will need to compare the 2 and cross out those that appear on both lists.

    The balance that are left in Listing 1 will probably be those you are after. They also will probably not have written to your Registry and also may not have an uninstall option in their Folder. Bazza
