Program Vanished

The other day I saw an RSS feed for a program that would manage rental properties. It looked like a nice program, and I meant to download it, but by the time I could, it was gone, and I don't know how to find it now because I don't know what the name of the program was. Can someone help me out?

It was something like that, and it may even have been one of the two programs. I thought it was freeware, but what's $25 for someone who has a few rentals on the market? I was looking for something for my aunt, and told her it was free, so we'll see what she thinks about it. Thanks, I wondered if anyone would be able to help me.
