PSP - USB Device Not Recognized in Vista

hi people i dont realy no much about pcs but i have had the same problem myself i have vista ultimate everytime i tryed to conect my psp it says not reconised my other computer has a usb exstenshion sory did not no how to spell it it look like this http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/...471649-1688409?ie=UTF8&n=560798&s=electronics anyway wen i conected it it started installing a generic usb hub then my psp worked fine so if anyone nows wat that means let me no hope it helps in some way
