'puter running slow. Question about IObit Uninstaller

Hi again guys! :wave

My 'puter has been running extremely slow lately. I read "Make Your Computer Run Like New in 4 Easy Steps" by Major Attitude and used IObit Uninstaller. I was checking Windows Updates and found:

(a)12 Security Updates for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile. All 12 are 117.59MB and installed on 3/18/2010.

(b) 26 Security Updates for Windows IE8, with installations starting 5/23/2010 and the last one was installed today.

(c) 179 Security Updates for Windows XP, with installations starting 5/23/2010 and the last one was installed today.

Question...can I uninstall any of these? :confused
