putting on a window applique

I bought the above window applique for the computer I just built. I has a clear window on the side. I wasn't sure what I should get so I got external, florscent (UV) blue, 7 1/2 inch. Will this work to put on my case window? If so could someone tell me how I put it on. It didn't come with any dirrections and I am new to this and don't wanna screw up my case. Thanks.

 

Right the fluorescent light is a cathode tube, and you put it inside your case to light it up.
With the Applique, you just take it off the sticky backing and place it anywhere you desire on the window, usually on the inside, unless the sticky bit is on the back then you put it on the outside
