Puzzled but trying to do my best...Need help

Dear Forum Help Team,

I followed the guidelines to the best of my ability- (which is not very good.)
I have managed to get a hijackthis scan, but can't seem to copy it to eventually paste it. I understand I am not supposed to do that without permission, and won't unless you are interested in viewing it.

I run spybot search and destroy and a malware entry pops up each time and can't be removed by SSAD. It says it is spybot, and has copied the name of SSAD. Lately my computer does the most bizarre things like when I type sometimes it goes backwards. It also runs like a slug.

Please help me so I can get my computer running better! I do all my volunteer work online and can't function properly as it is.

I think I attached the file. I hope this is not the wrong step, I was afraid I would forget how! :-o Please excuse me!

 

Ok I redid everything as best as I could. I have attached the zip file after running mgtool. Did I do that correctly? I also ran spybot s&d, and cleaned everything. The adware alert malware is still there according to spybot, and spybot is still unable to remove it.

Did I miss a link to those? Is it something else to run, that I left out?

Would it be located on the C:/ ? Maybe in the MGtools folder? I didn't see them although it looks like there is a hijack log...
