So, I installed Windows Vista 32 OEM on a computer. I'd like to format the hard drive and start over. If I install Vista 32 OEM again using the same key, will it work?

Is should work as long as the key is being used on the same computer without a major hardware change. If it is on a different computer, you will have to call Microsoft and hopefully they will transfer the key to the new computer but because it is an OEM key they may not do it. I have read where they will transfer if you are truthful with them.
