    well ive noticed in my C: drive after i reinstalled xp i have 1.16GB out of 18.6GB ... ive checked to see if there hidden profiles and such but cannot find anything ... can anybody help me ... trying to fix this relic of a comp :D.

    I'm not sure I understand... it shows that you have 1.16gb of free space? or that you've used up 1.16gb of space? If you did a clean install, meaning you formatted the drive, WinXP will take up just over 1gb after installing drivers.

    nono i have 1GB outa 18GB ... im not sure why so much of my Gb's are missing ... btw i aint so good on comps but ive installed fresh off the xp CD off boot startup ... uhm if there somthing els im missing do tell :).
