Questions regarding power supply & computer specs

    First if I have listed this in the wrong forum please forgive me.

    I need to buy a power supply for my computer & brand names of compatibility are not listed under each power supply so what information and how do I locate that information about my computer do I need to have so I can purchase a power supply that is compatible with my computer??
    Computer is an emachine W2785.

    It looks like it's a standard ATX case. You should be able to buy any power supply of the same or greater Watt rating that is certified for use with an AMD Athalon processor. If you buy one localy, just take the old one with.
