Quick task manager question...

    At the bottom of task manager in Vista it displays three things 1.) Number of Processes running, 2.) CPU Usage, and 3.) Physical Memory. I understand the other two but my question is this. The physical Memory percentage shown is that the percentage of my total memory in use or the total percentage free to be used in the future?

    Hi

    Its the total used at present.

    If you open Control Panel > Performance Info and Tools > and click in the left menu list Advanced tools then the Reliability and Performance Monitor it gives an accurate representation of system usage including ram.
