Quickbooks Premier

Im having trouble with my quickbooks premier It says I only have a 1 license copy of it but the version I bought is a 5 user license copy I have checked them all and it keep giving me the same issue Intuit wants 79 bucks to fix THEIR SCREW UP, can some one tell me hopw to fix this please Im just trying to use the multi-session setup with my machines so if someone has ran into this and knows how to fix it please let me know

Use this, if not found or an error tech support will ask for proof of purchase, you fax it to them and they correct the info.
