Hey guys, I'm working on editing a movie with Adobe Premier Pro and I just started learning. Can someone tell me why when I import a Quicktime movie (.mov) from my camera it plays fine, but when I insert it into a Premier Pro project, the sound is nothing but static, and very loud at that. Googling didn't really help me here. What the hell's going on? By the way, I have a song in the project, and it works fine and I also tried messing with the gain of the .mov, but it's just hissing. The real sound isn't being drowned out-- it just isn't there.

    Any suggestions?

PS: Feel free to recommend any cool Firefox extensions :)
