R&RMF: RootRepeal BSOD on Vista

I've run R&RMF until RootRepeal. It causes a BSOD. I'm re-running RootRepeal on just the D: right now but it seems locked up so I'm just waiting for another BSOD.

I would like your opinion as to running GMER in Safe Mode or just go about running MGTools and posting the logs?

The first time I ran RootRepeal, there were three files listed in the progress window - I didn't note them before the BSOD. The next time I ran RootRepeal, it listed something like "hiberfll" but no other files when the BSOD came up.
