R9 290X overheat

    Hi guys, how's it going?

    I'm in a rather disdainful situation. I bought an R9 290X played league of legends for about 4 minutes. Now my machine doesn't post if its in and doesn't show up in windows if its along side another card. I believe it overheated...i was wondering if there was any method of fixing it.

    If it overheated, more than likely it's toast. What type of rig are you running and what type of cooling capacity does it have?

    currently its open on a test bench. i'm running about 1000 watts of power and have a box fan bolted to each side of the test bed.
