RAM Montior

I am looking for software that will montior and record how much RAM I use. Is there any software that does this?

The program suggested above is a great tool, it not only monitors RAM usage, but you can set it to free up RAM at regular intervals, and you can do it manually also. I like it. Another good app for all purpose resource monitoring (including RAM, hard drives, CPU usage, and much more) is the very excellent CS Fire Monitor. It's free and available here:
