Ive got 4 gigs of ram (1 gig sticks) and was wondering if it was okay that 2 sticks use 1.8v while the other two use 1.9. Their speed and timings are all the same.

    That depends.

Firstly does the 1.9 volt memory run OK by itself in your motherboard?
Some boards can only supply 1.8v.

Secondly can the BIOS recognise 4G?

Thirdly can your operating system address 4G?

    DDR memory is 2.5 volt

DDR2 memory is 1.8 volt standard but there are modules in the range 1.8 to 2.1 volts

    DDR3 memory requires 1.5 volts.

My mobo supplies up to 1.9v.
I dont have a 64 bit OS but I still want that extra ~1.5 gigs.

If the memory is installed with BIOS setting at auto most likely you PC it will default to 1.8v
More than likely either of your mem chips will run at either voltage

If your able to boot at either Voltage run a Memory testing utility if you get any errors try the other Voltage..:major

    Not really True..........:p

I have over a dozen DDR chips ( DDR1) not a single one is rated or SPD timmings at 2.5v

The Fact is... Memory, there are many different types sizes & speeds as well as Voltages
