Random Restarts - Custom system

I have having custom restarts, happened 2 times just typing this out (had to restard 2 times). At first I though it would of been my graphics card, but it actually rarely happens in games. I was playing Doom 3 and Half-Life 2 at max and I only experienced one crash and that was due to an error in Steam (Half-Life 2). Most of the crashes happen just when I am visting websites, chatting in MSN with or without webcam or doing things in Paint Shop Pro 7.
It has me completly clueless, also is getting very annoying as it is completly random, can happen 5 minutes after booting or 6hrs, happens with different programs and everything. I have updated drivers for everything.

Some important information before:
After the restart I check the Graphics card temp and CPU temp, card ranges from 32-45, CPU is always about 35.

I have disabled automatic restarts and here is the latest error message:
