Random shut down :\ help please =)

Hello guys, I have some strange problem with my pc and i dont know what's wrong my pc , its just started to shut down when i play games on "very high settings or even medium sometimes " I though it was a graphic card because it was too hot so i bought a new one its Radeon HD5770 Vapor-X and even after that my pc is still shuts down from time while gaming it can be after 2 minutes or instantly or after 15 or 30 mins:

my pc specs:

motherboard: Packard Bell APL00

Ram: 4 GB DDr2-667(333mhz)

Cpu : Quad Core 6700 @ 2.66

graphic card : 5770 Vapor-X ( on box it says 450.-600 Watts recommended)

power suply:\/ (300-350 watts limit)



maybe i need new Power supply greater than mine actual :S?

This is a bad combination... very likely you will need a more powerful PSU for that card. What is the minimum PSU watt listed on the card box?

 

Id go with psu problem as well. (packard bell mobo doesnt make me feel great either, not that my dell is much better lol)

For an example i bought a 550W to cover my upgrades to VC and processor. And mines about a step or 3 below your config.

Mines only Core 2 duo(E6600 i think)
HD 4850 1gig VC
soundblaster sound card

Newer Vc's are supposed to use less power nowadays but id venture to guess that a 300-350 psu doesnt cover much nowadays.

 

That just sends flags up and bells ringing instantly, the PSU is nowhere near powerful enough for that setup, IMO you would need at least double that.
