RAR files corrupted by the mal/spyware/virus

This is sooo baffling. I have a an AVI file archived into 40 parts. Its used to extract JUST fine. Now, everything that is RARed (compressed) doesn't extract properly. WinRAR shows lots of errors. Similarly, lots of installation setup files say that they are corrupted even if they run fine on the other PC.

Remember, these RAR (compressed) files unzip JUST f9 on the other PCs. I employed lots of programs to detect and remove it. A lot of things were detected and removed but this problem is still persistant.
