re-enable disabled task manager?

    somehow my little brother has managed to disable the task manager on my dads pc, and i cant figure out how he did it. at the same time hes also managed to clear out all of the administritative tools, which i thought would be the way to get it back

    anyidea how to re enable the task manager?

    is it set up for multiple users? if so then try changing the user that he has back to computer administrator in users control panel. (change type of computer user).

    You'd need to log in as an administrator to do that.

    Otherwise if its single user then you may have to log in as Administrator.....
