Real Player Problem

Everytime i go to watch a video that is launched by real player the video comes in like "thermal vision" and it looks like a bunch of colors....i downloaded divx and that didn't do anything either, what should i do?

 

any ideas?

 

Uninstall Divx, since divx does not play real player files, just divx encoded .avi files. Use:

RealAlternative.

thanks that worked for all my videos except i still have 1 video thats coming in with that thermal type vision how do i fix it?

 

use window media player!

 

windows media player didn't work either.

 

what should i do?
