real player probs

i uninstalled and reinstalled real player 10(i think it was 10)after reinstall i got a "setup decompression failed". i tried the fix they suggested(temp.turn off virus protection)still doesnt work......help plz?:confused

Use this to clear out your temp files, etc.

Then try again.

 

ok....i did that(ran ccleaner)downloaded real player again everything was going fine til the end.as it was finishing set up everything just disappeared.it didnt put the icon on my desktop or anything.i searched my comp.for it but im having no luck.a little box popped up saying it was reinstalling components and when it reaches 2% it vanishes......sorry if im rambling.
