Really need to uninstall DesktopX! Please help!

    Running Win XP Home Edition....Installed DesktopX on my O/S against the warning and now I'm having massive problems. I had this this tweaked and running smooth but now it's extremely sluggish. When I tried to uninstall it said it could not find the INSTALL.Log file. I tried RegCleaner and uninstalled but it's still on my O/S. Can anyone please help me remove this foul demon from my life LOL...thanks in advance
