RealProducer utilises over 90% CPU usage?

Recently when I use RealProducer Plus v.10 to convert mpeg2 clips to rmvb, it takes a long time to do so. When I checked, RealProducer utilises over 90% CPU usage - as much as 94-95%, causing total CPU usage to be 95-98%. I have scanned with Norton and Adaware - all ok. Then I used Spy Sweeper - it found and cleared Csmin. Howveer, the problem still remains when I use RealProducer.

If my CPU will be damaged if CPU usage is so high?

BTW, are all the .exe processes Ok? What is PQV2iSvc.exe?
