Realtek Audio Driver Issue. Need Help

I just recently formatted my computer as in last night and I ran into a problem. I have sound but there is no realtek program like I had before. It says its there but I know it isnt. I cant play MW3 with loud volume like I could before and that was my first sign something was wrong.

Uninstall the audio driver and install this version here....

it is for 64bit system but will work perfect on your system.
