realtek audio driver problem

    My realtek audio driver does not work because of 'This device cannot start (code 10)'I have tried to uninstalling and reinstalling the driver,but the same problem occured.I am used to asus M2N-MX SE PLUS SERIES with windows xp.please give me a solution.
