recommend me a AGP graphics card

please recommend me a graphics card upgrade, my systems spec is:

Dell Dimension 8300 3.0GHz 800FSB w/1MB cache
1.5GB Dual Channel DDR
120GB 7200rpm Serial ATA Hard Drive
128MB ATI Radeon 9800 Pro Graphics Card
Creative Labs SB Live 5.1 Sound Card

I'm looking for another AGP card that will give me a good boost in performance over my old Radeon 9800 Pro

6800GT/Ultra or the ATI equivalent which'll probably be an x800 or x850, high end one.

I always like to get "last years" best model, not the latest and greatest model to try and get the best value, I'm over in the UK so I was thinking about £150 which must be about $200, but saying that I want someone that will let my PC play the latest games

this looks good value:
Point Of View 6800XT 512mb £130

but would this be a lot better performace?:
Club 3d GeForce 7800GS AGP 256MB £195

I'm definitely with the second, for a start you don't need 512mb gfx memory yet, and it's also tonnes better.

That's nearer £200 including VAT though.

 

Heres a couple of links on AGP vid cards. The first is on the 7800GS (possibly the best at this current point in time) and the second is a link for matching any 2 Video Cards, selecting a Benchmark (from many) and comparing the cards against each other and some baselines:
