Recommend network traffic monitor

    Can someone recommed a network traffic monitor, please?
    All it needs to do is measure the amount of data being downloaded to a single computer, however there is a requirement that the program requires NO installation, it needs to be a standalone program that can be started and stopped as required. Doesn't need to carry info from one session to the next.
    Hope that's clear, i'm not too tech-minded!
