Recommend Online Armor Beta Update ??

I am currently using Online Armor v2.1.0.131.

I see that there is a new ver. 3.1 Beta.

Should I update or wait for the final release?

Every beta is still under testing and therefore the possibility of errors could occur. It is a personal choice as to whether you are comfortable accepting a beta with that understanding.

If you are not, there is a later full version than the one you specified. You can download it from here

I forgot to mention that I am using the Free version.

Although there was a ver. 3.0.0.190 Free evaluated at
www.matousec.com, it does not seem to be available
anymore.

Online Armor FW free version 3.0.0190 is still available at this site: https://www.tallemu.com/downloads.html Scroll down to the free version and download from there. (you will be taken to download.com)

It is recommended by Online Armor that you uninstall your current version, prior to installing the above version. As of version 3.0.0.190 one can do subsequent updates according to them.

I'd uninstall your version in safe mode and also disable the FW prior to removing it. Reboot and install the new version.

I did the safe mode boot withOUT networking enabled
and the firewall did not appear to be running. I checked the
Task Manager to be sure.

Revo Uninstaller was used in Moderate mode to uninstall and
it worked well.

Online Armor 3 install and scan went smoothly and it is working
as expected.
