Recommendation - Shutdown Timer

    I need a shut down timer, when I am sleeping I like to watching something before I nod off, but I don't want the computer running all night.

    Can you guys recommend me one, I know theres a load of software out there that can do it but I require the best and most simple program that can allow me to do this, any that you have used in the past and thought were good?
