Recommendations sought: Registry change monitoring tool.

Hi folks,

Pretty simple request. I want a nice tool to help me monitor the customizations I might make to my registry file. The hope here is to have an ongoing log of the "diffs" from the virgin registry (which from time to time I can review and document), to simply the job of reconstituting my custom environment after OS re-installs or on other machines.

A brief webhunt yielded dozens of such programs. I was hoping that the wise souls here could steer me to the prime contenders.
