record all screens

    Hello
    I want to record all the screens in the system set up program, after rebooting with F2.
    When I see the system screen with all the "enters" in it, do I click on enter, then use the keyboard 'print screen' for each item?
    I may need to record this information after I replace my coin battery for the clock. I wanted to ask before making an error and not be able to reset properly.

    Hi

    Sadly you are going to have to write down the settings or take a digital photo of the screens as the BIOS has no way to save into Windows GUI any screenshot.

    You could do it in the day of serial or parallel printers, but these days afaik the screenshots of review sites are all with digital camera on tripod.

    Writing no problem.
    Is it true if I click on one of the enters after F2 boot I am safe as long as I use Esc so no changes are made?
    I want to write down what I have so I will be ready for the clock battery change.

    Simply remove the old battery, and replace it with a new one within a couple of minutes. The BIOS memory is retained for plenty of time to enable you to do this without it resetting. It is not a problem.

    Yes, it does not really matter what you do, as long as you Quit/Exit BIOS/CMOS without saving the changes.
