Recording devices not recognized

    I am running XP Pro SP2. The (cheezy) CD burning software that came with the computer recognizes my (2) CD burners OK and can switch between them with no problem. I would prefer to use Nero or Roxio, but I can't get the burners to be recognized by either one.
    Any suggestions?
