Anyone played around much with recording streaming media (audio and video)? I have a need to record some city council meetings from a stream on the web, but my attempts to get something to work haven't been entirely successful. I've been using Camtasia Studio 4.0. Video recording works fine, but audio is unintelligible (tried several different methods).

What do you guys use to record video/audio streams (not just audio, and not just video)?

    Thanks!

lets see, there is a host of tools for the Firefox/lolifox browsers that can download and/or record streaming media. I use "Fast Video Download" from the FF addons site.
