Redirection/pop-ups

Before I start the procedures for this problem on one of my computers, I would like to ask one question.

As I read your guidelines, there is a possiblity that the router may be infected.

What I would like to know is this:

I and family run some 10 computers on the same router/wireless router.

Only one computer is showing the problem: Certain links opens a "lottery" of sorts, or some "gift" if completing a survey.

Am I right that when only one PC (WIN7) show this problem, it cannot be the router?

 

Now I have done the routine, and everything seems ok.

One last question - should I rerun the Malware bytes program, and this time remove the problems found?

Now I have done the routine, and Firefox seems ok. Google Chrome, however, still redirects to a page that offers fixing Windows, and popups for "Shopping deal" where I am offered answering some questionnaire, and then will "win" spme present.

At some pages I also get an annoying window, moving just a little, and when I try closing it, it goes into a new page, where I have to accept closing.

I rarely use Internet Explorer, but by looking at the same pages that gave problems in Chrome, it seems ok.

So, as the problems seems only to be Chrome, what should I do next?
