Reduce Buzzing from Microphone

Is there a program that can reduce buzzing when recording audio?

When I normally talk into the microphone with speakers on, there is no buzzing. It only comes up when I record.

 

please help, i KNOW i'M IN THE WRONG PLACE, BUT i'M READY TO THROW THIS OUT.....GRRRR

My problem is copy and pasting, I copy and when I go to paste the following is pasted wherever I'm trying to paste the original copy! Do I have a virus? I'm ready to either screa or cry. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP....

What are you using? I use Audacity http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ It records(no time limit, unlike windows audio recorder), saves as wav or mp3 (with lame encoder also @ audacity download page), adds effects and much more.
