Reducing my cpu usage

Hi,

Am currently on around 90 to 100% usage i have had a look at the task manager but am not sure what to get rid of

can someone have a look please thanks

rhythmofthecosmos, a tip in using Process Explorer for better results.

Click on the Process heading again, to get all the processes in Alphabetical order.

Click on heading CPU, once or twice, to list all CPU usage in ascending or descending usage. Your choice.

In fact click on any heading for different ways of listing processes. Really helps to zero in on anything that might be giving you grief.

Another tip, right click on any heading (CPU, etc.) and Select Columns will pop up. You can select and add any column to appear in your headings.
