   Malwarebytes did not fix my laptop, so i reformatted using Windows XP. Now that the laptop has been formatted, there is no option for WiFi, and the CP telles me there are no sound playback devices or anything. No volume control and no WiFi, how do I fix all this? I have Windows XP Professional on a Dell Inspiron 1520 notebook

   Make sure to select Windows XP for OS.
