regarding Microsoft Office 2003

Alright damn it,
How do you find an option in the new MS Office Outlook 2003(newest one) so that you can unckeck the box that minimizes the outlook down to the start up trey.
Wtf is Microsoft doing hiding things and shit....

right click on the tray icon and uncheck "hide when minimized"

oh no I don't. At home I want it enabled, I couldnt figure it out.

keep in mind there is no icon in start up trey now.
