regcleaner problem please help

hello, i just download regcleaner for this pc and for some reason it wont start after i click the shortcut...anyone know what happen?

 

btw does anyone got any problem for runing easycleaner? as it tell you to remove tons stuff....

Xhui, I use RegCleaner (v4.3) nearly every day. No problems. Maybe uninstall the one you have, and download fresh copy. All I use in RegCleaner is Tools--->Registry cleanup-->Do them all.
The rest of the options I leave alone. Works for me.
