I use XP home with SP2 and the RegCleaner4.3 works for me. As for you wanting to remove things from your start up you can also do that yourself by left clicking on start menu selecting run and typing in msconfig then selecting the startup tab.
    Hope this helps..

On thing I forgot to mention with the RegCleaner 4.3 I hope you know what you are deleting because if you delete things from the registry that are needed to run your computer it will cause your computer to be messed up big time. I was looking at the software in the RegCleaner 4.3 and there are some I have no clue as to what they are but I don't dare delete them because I am not gonna risk messing up my computer. Such as Author = An Software = Bogyo I can not find Bogyo on my computer anywhere so have no clue what that is. I also have something else and until I can find out what those are exactly I will not delete them I can not find in RegCleaner that tells me what they are and their location.

inoesomestuff.... Regscrub will locate the startup items in the registry Run Hive's but doesnt really do it in an easy way like Regcleaner 4.3 , does the version from Majorgeeks work for you?

also this is another Free program that can check your Startups as well as a number of other things.
