Regedit and New Folder options have Gone

Having trouble with New folder option!?!

It has disappeared from my drop down / right click menus??

Also I noticed that regedit.exe is not on my machine??

Please help me... Again

Try navigating to regedit.exe in Windows Explorer, may have to search for the file first. And may have show hidden files and show system files also.

When you find it, double click on it. If that doesn't work, rename it, then double click on it.

Have you run your AV protection and does it report anything? Have you run MBAM and SAS? ( Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and SuperAntispyware )?

Can you create a new user account with admin. privileges? If so, does regedit work? If so, in the toolbar, click edit/ find / and type:
System!DisableRegistryTools
Do you find that?

Again, in that user account, still in regedit, try to find:
NoFolderOptions

Tell me what you find.

Sorted !!

Nothing came up on the scans??

Removed some software and regedit came back.

Went into regedit and copied and paste the following in this Registry key;

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\New\ (Default)

Value for (Default):
{D969A300-E7FF-11d0-A93B-00A0C90F2719}

It was the same but still did it and it worked.
