Registrar Lite Download Link is broken

On Tuesday I downloaded Registrar Lite from
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download469.html

On Wednesday this was not working for at least two people.
I have tried today and it still fails.

The browser display looks the same as 2 days ago,
there is no 404 message.
but neither does my download manager receive anything.

Is this an accidental breakage that will be fixed ?
Or is it "planned obsolescence" ! ! !

This was a link to

I am curious, that was 9 months ago and that link did NOT point at what you hosted 2 days ago.
Did you actually host this file on Tuesday, or were you simply re-directing to "BigGarrick" ?
