registry rescue ?any good?

I think there is alot of shareware for registry work but little in the way of good freeware registry repair tools. Toni arts used to offerer the easy cleaner as freeware , it has a decent registry cleaner .
I am seeking a freeware product if there are any to do REPAIR FUNCTIONS . of the sort PC doctorand others offer. there is a "registry rescue" software from Freshh devices ,has anyone done testing /comparisons. freeware suggestions?

Doesnt always catch anything, but when it does it leaves you with a pine fresh feeling between you and your computer...

The best way to get use to them is to read about them (and not always try them, I had a nightmare with one of them that decided to remove all my extensions, thus I couldnt open anything, managed to get it sorted tho... always back up the registry)...

i reccomend tuneup utilites, its a free trial, with all features enabled, its an all around pc cleaning machine, and the reg cleaner is amazing
