Reinstall windows 7 on Dell mini 1012

    There is a code (F? & ?) at start up to reinstall win 7 on my Dell 1012,it is the one from T-Mobile with the sim card in it if this helps.It did not come with nothing but a driver disk,can anyone help me? thanks Patrick
