Reinstalled Windows Xp, now no sound?

Hey guys!

Long story short, I had to format my computer and do a re-install of XP. Now I have no sound. I'm guessing I don't have the drivers for it. I checked on Everest and it's something like INTEL 82801DB AC'97 audio controller. Tried clicking on the link to update, but they don't exist anymore?

There is a report in the attachment. Any help would be appreciated guys!

Start - Run type this mmc devmgmt.msc - Ok - right click to yellow device - Properties - Details - scroll down the arrow finding Hardware ids - there is a code in the box , we need it ( select all - copy - paste ) the code here !!

 

Sorry I don't quite understand. I know how to get the Hardware ids, I just don't know where to get it from? e.g. Sounds, video and game controllers? Which sub heading do you want it for?

 

Do you have any yellow exclamation marks under Sounds?

 

If you look in device manager something like these yellow mark , then you could give us all hardware ids !! :wave
