relative's pc problems

    There was Regclean Pro, Advanced System Care and other bogus programs on here that I got rid of. here are the attachments as requested. TDSSkiller didn't find anything.

    Rerun Hitman and have it remove what it found.

    Uninstall: Ask Toolbar.

    Tell me what malware issues you are still having, if any.
